Sunday, January 23, 2012, was another great day of Worship and Bible Study. It was so great to have everyone reading verses during Sunday School!

Pastor David announced that the Youth Pastor Search Team is recommending Sean Carroll be called as our new Youth Pastor. Sean and his wife Sarah will be the weekend of February 3-5, 2012. He will share his testimony and then we will vote to call him on February 5.

We will NOT have Thursday Night Bible Study until March.

Have you heard about the 212Jam concert coming to Toldeo? Here is some information from Facebook:
“There will be a deaf concert at Westgate Chapel on Feb. 11th, Saturday at 3pm. Voice interpreter will be provided. Who's coming? 212JAM. It is free, but will have love offering for the support for 212JAM. Hearing, deaf, blind, deaf/blind, whoever, are WELCOME!! You wouldn't want to miss it!! You will have a blast. Come as you are!! 212JAM Ministry is by Steve Dye from Louisville KY. He and his family are awesome family. I been having great time knowing them. What's 212JAM stand for? Come and find out at Westgate Chapel in Feb. 11, Saturday, 3pm :) Let the love and unity fill and sweet aroma all the way to the Lord whom we serve.”

Have you heard about the Women’s Retreat at Bambi, February 17-19, 2012? It’s going to be interpreted! If you want to go, a $20 is due by February 6, 2012.

Exciting News!! Joshua and Kirstan will be going on a mission trip to Nicaragua in June this summer. They are looking forward to joining the team from CCBC.
If you’d like to help them or the team out, they are seeking donations to help sponsor them for this trip. Each of them must raise around $1500-$1800 each.
Kirstan and Ashley would like to ask if everyone can help them out by collecting empty pop bottles for refunds and donated for the trip.
